Shayna brings nine years of experience in the insurance industry, with the majority of her career spent as a Commercial Auto Underwriter. Recently stepping into the role of Claims Manager, she is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every client feels supported throughout the claims process.

With her extensive industry knowledge and commitment to helping others, Shayna strives to make the claims experience as smooth, efficient, and positive as possible. She takes pride in being a trusted resource for clients and delivers the highest level of service from start to finish.

Outside of work, Shayna enjoys spending time outdoors and making lasting memories with her fiancé, Logan, and their beloved dog, Nala. She treasures time spent with her loved ones, especially her nieces and nephews—being an aunt is her favorite title. She enjoys making the most of life’s everyday moments and spending quality time with family and friends.
