Will joined the agency in August 2024, transitioning to the Insurance Industry after beginning his career in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining B&A, Will worked for Crow Holdings in Dallas, TX for five years; he spent his first 2.5 years with the company at Crow Holdings Capital as a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst and the remainder of his time with Trammell Crow Residential as a Multifamily Development Analyst. At Crow Holdings Capital, he assisted in underwriting acquisitions, representing ~$500M in equity commitments and collaborated with the different product teams to asset manage their portfolio. While at Trammell Crow Residential, Will was responsible for facilitating the monthly financing process for 25 projects, representing ~$1.65BN of total project cost. At TCR, Will also assisted in the debt and equity due diligence process for five projects, totaling ~$310M of capitalization.

Will is a native of Dallas, TX where he graduated Highland Park High School in 2015. He went on to attend The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2019, Will graduated with distinction, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School and a minor in Religious Studies. He also received the Kenan-Flagler Individual Academic Excellence Award for Real Estate undergraduates.

As a Producer, Will focuses on commercial and personal lines business and is committed to growing the Agency’s business, while providing clients personalized customer service, upholding the Bosworth & Associates philosophy.
